Basab Bandyopadhyay is a civil engineering professional with over 26 years of practical experience in waterproofing, structural repair, rehabilitation and restoration of buildings and civil engineering structures. His professional background combines site investigation and technical assessment with the planning and execution of remedial work.
At Professional Engineering Services, he helps clients understand building defects, evaluate treatment options and develop practical repair plans. His work includes condition surveys, non-destructive testing and structural assessment, waterproofing consultancy, repair methodology, material selection and quality monitoring. Assignments may cover an assessment alone, specialist contracting, or an integrated service from diagnosis through execution.

Equipment deployment depends on assignment scope, access and testing requirements.
Associated contracting entity
Engineer’s Enterprise undertakes selected waterproofing, structural repair, rehabilitation, chemical anchoring and related civil-engineering works. Its quotation, contract and Bill of Supply are issued independently where it is the appointed entity.
